TO STEAM: This is a guideline only. Leave basin with lid on. Place basin in a steamer over boiling water and steam for 60 minutes. Ensure that water does not enter the Christmas pudding. Do not allow the steamer to boil dry. TO MICROWAVE: This is a guideline only. It is suggested that you consult your appliances instruction manual. Loosen lid and place on microwavable plate: Heat on full power for 750W/Cat D for 5minutes or 850W/Cat E 4 minutes 30 seconds. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
