Our duck fat is perfect for frying or roasting your vegetables and meats. A great alternative when baking and cooking, it can simply be used instead of butter to give extra flavour to a variety of dishes.

Our Filone bread loaves are baked early in the morning and left to cool on racks before slicing. Each slice is drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with oregano and then baked again until crisp and light.
