Chicken liver with Brandy, our version of this perennial favourite is full flavoured, smooth and well seasoned with thyme, garlic and brandy and Duck Liver & Gammon Terrine, with a smooth rounded taste, helped by the addition of currants and sultanas . Our pâté is freshly made by hand in small batches, vacuum packed in attractive earthenware-look dishes before being dispatched to your door.

Our Vegetable Oven-Ready Trays take all the effort out of prepping the sides for you. They arrive frozen and ready to pop in the oven. The trio includes Charred Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta & Chestnuts, Chantenay Carrots with Orange & Honey Butter, and Braised Red Cabbage with Cranberries! Easy Peasy and great value for money!
