Right to CancelYou may cancel your order for any reason prior to the order being prepared for dispatch. If you cancel within this timeframe, any payments made will be refunded in full within 30 days. Returns PolicyIf you are not completely satisfied with your products, you may return them for a refund or replacement. Our GuaranteeWe aim to display our current product range accurately on this website and hold stock of all listed products. If an item is out of stock, this will normally be indicated online. Delivery dates are estimates and subject to change. We cannot accept liability for losses resulting from delays outside our control. Orders received before 11 am Monday–Thursday are, subject to availability, dispatched the same day for next working day delivery (unless a later date is requested). Orders placed after 11 am, or on Friday–Sunday, are dispatched on the next working day. UK DeliveryAll orders are dispatched via a next working day courier service, subject to stock availability. Delivery to remote areas such as parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and the Channel Islands may take longer. During busy periods (such as Christmas), we will advise you of any delays. If adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our control prevent delivery on the scheduled day, we will deliver at the next opportunity. Our liability is limited to this rescheduled delivery. We recommend customers allow for possible delays by ordering a few days in advance.
