Quick Family Chicken Traybake
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 35 mins | Serves: 4
Ingredients:
4 chicken legs
3 garlic cloves
1tbsp fresh rosemary
1tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
250g baby potatoes
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200 degree C ( 180C fan ).
Toss chicken and potatoes with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt & pepper.
Arrange in a roasting tray, skin side up.
Roast 35-40 mins until golden and cooked through.
Serve with your favourite seasonal vegetables ( or try our ready-to-bake sides ).
