The pepper politely allows the pork to amuse your palate before clumping onto the stage and stealing the show. Don’t be put off, the pepper isn’t insanely hot, it’s pleasant, and total contrast to the sea salt. “Delicious tasty, not too hot, but you know what’s in them”.
