As it says on the lid but with that little extra bite. As you’d expect judging by the name of this sausage, there’s some heat but it doesn’t arrive immediately. The pepper politely allows the pork to amuse your palate before clumping onto the stage and stealing the show. Don’t be put off, the pepper isn’t insanely hot, it’s pleasant, and total contrast to the sea salt. “Delicious tasty, not too hot, but you know what’s in them”.
